Welcome to Pumped Up Party Rentals. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and all rental services provided by Pumped Up Party Rentals. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, making a reservation, or using our rental services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
I. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A reservation is not considered confirmed until all required information and applicable payments have been received and approved by Pumped Up Party Rentals. We reserve the right to refuse service or decline reservations at our sole discretion.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including event date, location, contact information, and rental selections.
II. Payment Terms
Payment requirements will be communicated during the booking process. Full payment may be required prior to delivery or setup of rental equipment. Failure to submit payment according to the agreed terms may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Pumped Up Party Rentals reserves the right to change pricing, fees, and rental availability without prior notice until a reservation has been confirmed.
III. Delivery and Setup
Pumped Up Party Rentals will make every reasonable effort to deliver and install rental equipment within the agreed delivery timeframe. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, event schedules, or operational requirements.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible, safe, and suitable for setup. Adequate space, electrical service, and water access, when required, must be available before delivery. An adult eighteen (18) years of age or older must be present during delivery and setup.
Pumped Up Party Rentals reserves the right to refuse installation if site conditions are determined to be unsafe or unsuitable.
IV. Customer Responsibilities
The customer assumes full responsibility for all rental equipment during the rental period. Customers agree to operate all equipment safely and in accordance with all instructions provided by Pumped Up Party Rentals.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that equipment is properly supervised at all times and that participants follow all safety rules. Customers shall not move, modify, repair, alter, or misuse any rental equipment. Any damage, theft, loss, or misuse of equipment during the rental period shall be the responsibility of the customer.
V. Safety Requirements
Safety is the highest priority of Pumped Up Party Rentals. Customers agree to follow all safety instructions provided before and during equipment use.
Inflatable equipment shall not be operated during unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, lightning, severe storms, or other hazardous conditions. Pumped Up Party Rentals reserves the right to suspend operation or remove equipment if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Failure to comply with safety requirements may result in immediate termination of equipment use without refund.
VI. Weather Policy
Certain rental items, particularly inflatable attractions, are weather dependent. In the event of severe weather or unsafe operating conditions, Pumped Up Party Rentals reserves the right to delay, reschedule, suspend, or cancel any rental for safety reasons.
Weather-related decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Pumped Up Party Rentals with customer and participant safety as the primary consideration.
VII. Damage, Loss, and Cleaning
Customers are responsible for maintaining rental equipment in the same condition in which it was delivered, excluding normal wear and tear.
Additional charges may apply for equipment returned with excessive dirt, food, debris, damage, vandalism, theft, or loss. Customers agree to reimburse Pumped Up Party Rentals for all repair, replacement, cleaning, and restoration costs resulting from damage or misuse during the rental period.
VIII. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be communicated directly to Pumped Up Party Rentals. Cancellation terms, deposits, refunds, credits, and rescheduling options may vary depending on the rental items, event date, and circumstances surrounding the cancellation.
Pumped Up Party Rentals reserves the right to determine refund eligibility in accordance with company policies in effect at the time of cancellation.
IX. Assumption of Risk and Liability
The customer acknowledges that participation in inflatable activities and the use of party rental equipment involves inherent risks of injury, damage, or loss.
By entering into this agreement, the customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of rented equipment and agrees that Pumped Up Party Rentals, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, claims, losses, or expenses arising from the use, misuse, or operation of rental equipment, except where prohibited by law.
The customer further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pumped Up Party Rentals from any claims, actions, damages, or liabilities arising from the customer’s event or the use of rented equipment.
X. Website Use
All content appearing on the Pumped Up Party Rentals website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and other materials, is the property of Pumped Up Party Rentals and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit website content without prior written consent.
XI. Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Pumped Up Party Rentals does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party websites is done at the user’s own risk.
